Terms of service

What we do

We run code you give us on machines we rent, and we pass your model and tool calls through to providers. We bill you for what those cost plus 5%.

What you agree to

• You own the code you run and have the right to run it.
• You will not use us to attack anyone, to send unsolicited mail, or to do anything that would get our provider accounts closed.
• You are responsible for what your agents do with credentials you lend them.

Money

• Credit is prepaid. Nothing expires and unused credit is refundable on request.
• Budgets and caps are enforced in the request path, so an overrun is refused rather than billed. If we get that wrong and overcharge you, we refund it.

Ending it

You can stop at any time and ask for your remaining balance back. We can close an account that breaks the rules above, and we will say why.
